» Real Time Dispatch Software
We operate from the newest state of the art dispatch system which allows our customers several beneficial options to obtain web based information by logging in. From allowing us to utilize color coding actions, to "specific instruction" pop-ups, to highlighted leg movements, to live camera views of our service ramps and harbors, and to various quick search options, this paperless system enables us to properly prioritize and identify significant requirements per our customers' terms and specifications related to their specific movement.

» Communications
We achieve instant communications between our drivers and dispatchers utilizing wireless radio communication, real-time text messaging, and instant messaging.

» Automatic System Emails Through automatic system emails or logging in online, our customers can be provided with live arrival and departure updates, final outbound load information, and final updates and charges of accessorial events.

» Digital Document Integration
Integrated directly through document scanning, our customers have the capabilities to view and access available required documents by logging in with their username and password (if interested in obtaining entry, please call our offices to request).

» Easy and Fast Accessibility
Operating from a web based dispatch system also allows us to access entry through any internet system from anywhere which gives us the benefit to provide necessary information to either our drivers on the road or customers in urgent matters without having to be in the office.

» View of Service Ramps
Our system provides us with live camera clips of our service ramps enabling us to view the congestion of the ramp lines to better plan ahead for our daily operations.

» Yard Surveillance
Our yards are equipped with digital surveillance recording cameras allowing us to view the yards live at all times from our offices.

» Equipment Management
Daily management of inbound loads through tracing procedures ensures that available empty equipment is immediately offered for reloading to the original IMC through daily reporting. When not needed, it is offered to our fellow IMCs for loading and is then interchanged accordingly to the appropriate party as this enables all parties involved to effectively manage the status of the equipment on all ends of the cycle.

» Interchange Agreement Management
Our system gives us the benefits of calculating and identifying when a container will begin accruing storage charges at the rail yards and/or per-diem charges. This allows us to manage and control equipment by communicating with our customers in advance in order to try to avoid any prospective additional charges.
